Things I wish I knew before I tried it

While the staff were friendly and the courtyard lovely, the lingering cigarette smell from the hallways made our stay less enjoyable. It infiltrated our non-smoking room, overshadowing the nice pool and the pleasant atmosphere. We came hoping for comfort but were left disappointed by some of the hotel's choices.

Staying with my family, we enjoyed the spacious pool area. It was great for the kids to splash around after a long ride. Plus, the location was close to the Pittsburgh Zoo, which was a hit for my mother and the little ones.

The king room was decent with air conditioning, a nice TV, and a hairdryer. I liked having a microwave and fridge for snacks. The shower had good water pressure, and there were free toiletries. Breakfast had tasty options like fresh pastries and coffee every morning. Gym was handy for quick workouts.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, which was awesome. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic and free. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job. Overall, a solid place to unwind after a fun day.

We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but we didn't complain, so they couldn't fix it.

I stayed for two nights in a King Room. The room was clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. The decor felt modern, and the TV was easy to use once we figured it out.
